It’s a transaction that first gained radio industry attention in August 2025. Now, the deal is complete, putting K-LOVE in Milwaukee-Racine with the acquisition of two FM radio stations that are shifting from respective commercial formats to non-commercial Christian music brands.

WLDB-FM 93.3 and WLUM-FM 102.1 have officially been sold by the Milwaukee Radio Alliance, led by acting CEO Diane Sutter.

Kalil & Co. served as the exclusive broker in the transaction, representing the seller.

When the deal was first announced, it gained industry attention for the valuation placed on the sale. K-LOVE is acquiring WLDB and WLUM for $4 million, which was seen as extremely low by valuation professionals who spoke with RBR+TVBR under condition of anonymity.

The MRA is an entity comprised of two individual entities that came together in an effort to maximize sales opportunities: Shamrock, and All Pro Broadcasting, the organization led by William Duane Davis since the death of Willie Davis, the former NFL star turned radio station owner.

As of today, the former Adult Contemporary WLDB is now home to Christian Contemporary K-LOVE, while WLUM is now Worship Music brand Air1.
