Prior to his death on April 8, 2020, David C. Keister was the sole officer and director of Mid-America Radio of Indiana Inc. Additionally, Keister was the sole trustee of the sole stockholder of the broadcasting company.
After his passing, an individual was appointed as the personal representative of Keister’s trust. Now, a county superior court has order that must see a shift in control of the late owner’s trust.
