Max Henry & Associates is selling a construction permit for a Michigan FM. The CP is licensed to Big Rapids, which is just over 70 miles northeast of Muskegon.
Up North Radio out of Cadillac, Michigan, is the buyer. Jennifer Theodore is the managing member and holds 100% of the assets.
Seller Michael Payne was the winning bidder in auction 94 for the Harrison, Michigan CP. The allocation was awarded in 2013.
Theodore owns WCDY(FM), McBain and is the proposed assignee of WCKC(FM), Cadillac.
The price for the CP is $21,000 by wire transfer or cashier’s check at closing, less a $5,000 deposit.
