BOCA RATON, FLA. — The Michael Sciore-led entity that presently holds equity interest in debtor-in-possession Mega-Philadelphia LLC has filed paperwork with the FCC seeking its approval of an agreement that sells his M.S. Acquisitions & Holdings’ interest in the stations to an individual presently renting a unit in the Camden Boca Raton apartment tower.

The M.S. membership interest in Mega-Philadelphia is being acquired by Minority Radio Broadcasting, helmed by Darnell Canty. He has a history of funding small businesses over the last eight years and had been based in Southern New Jersey.

A $140,000 purchase price has been agreed up, with $10,000 remit to Sciore as a deposit.

Mega-Philadelphia has financial liabilities totaling $1,227,227, and this helps toward resolution of its bankruptcy.

Serving as Sciore’s legal counsel is Anthony T. Lepore.
