WASHINGTON, D.C. — An Executive VP for Newsgathering at CBS News has been selected, and it is a woman who will have editorial oversight for network newsgathering worldwide, including all domestic and international bureaus.
Taking the role is the the current EVP and CBS News Washington bureau chief, in the post since July 2020.
