Indeed, the effort is notable.

That’s because Indeed is now the No. 8 advertiser at radio stations tracked by Media Monitors, based on its most recent report.

The jump from No. 53 from Indeed brings job search and employment attainment to radio — a fresh category opportunity as automotive retailers revved up their end-of-year efforts and retailers started their post-Christmas retreat in the number of spots placed at AMs and FMs across the U.S.

What’s No. 1? An old friend of radio that’s always near or at the top spot.
