Maloney Retirement Yields Medalie’s Rise At Fox’s Florida Four

He’s been the Sr. VP and Regional Manager for Fox Television Stations‘ broadcast stations serving Tampa-St. Petersburg, Orlando-Daytona Beach-Melbourne, and Gainesville-Ocala for the past two years, expanding his leadership beyond WTVT “FOX 13” in Tampa Bay, a station he’s overseen since 2010. The promotion resulted from the retirement of Mike McClain in Central Florida.


Now, this 23-year veteran of Fox is wrapping up his career, and the longtime newsroom leader at WOFL “FOX 35” in Orlando is poised to assume Jeff Maloney‘s duties.
