It bills itself as Southern Idaho’s only locally owned commercial TV broadcaster and is led by co-owner and General Manager Jordan Bitz. Now, he and partner Karlo Maalouf have signed off on paperwork that sees their company agree to acquire a Twin Falls, Idaho, low-powered television station.
