Six radio signals serving the state capital of Nebraska are being added to the company founded by Jeffrey Warshaw that expanded in size in a dramatic way with its debt assumption-fueled merger with Alpha Media. This will seen, upon FCC approval, the addition of three FMs, an AM and two FM translators serving Lincoln, Neb., in a deal with NRG Media brokered by Kalil & Co.

How can this happen without divestments, as Connoisseur already owns stations in the market? A waiver allowing ownership of 11 radio stations is in the works.
