All five FCC commissioners are set to testify before Congress next week.
House Commerce Subcommittee Chairman Greg Walden (R-Ore.) has slated an FCC oversight hearing for Nov. 17.
Lawmakers are looking for an update on the commission’s work on the broadcast incentive auction as prep for that goes into high gear. The open Internet order, video reforms and the status of process reform efforts are also on-tap.
The hearing comes as NAB has proposed an auction-related reform.
