Latino Media Network (LMN), the broadcast licensee formed through the sale of former TelevisaUnivision radio stations to an entity with majority ownership held by Soros Fund Management, is regionalizing its operations into three “strategic market groupings.”
- Rio Grande Valley-focused leader Vicky Guerrero will lead the Texas markets, adding Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio to her current duties in McAllen-Brownsville-Harlingen, which she has held since late 1998.
- Longtime Las Vegas-based GM Mauricio Palacios will manage the California and Nevada markets, adding responsibilities for Los Angeles and Fresno
- Veteran South Florida-focused sales executive Mike Sena will expand his current duties overseeing Miami as GM by adding Chicago to his purview

“This realignment reflects LMN’s unwavering commitment to growth and our mission to fill a much-needed gap in the market for the U.S. Hispanic community,” said LMN Interim Chief Executive Officer Marc Manahan. “Our stations are critical touchpoints for information, particularly in addressing the community’s concerns in moments of crisis or natural disasters, such as those we recently experienced in Los Angeles. By focusing on three regions, we are able to have additional sales and promotional efforts for our stations, which better positions us to amplify our impact in the local market and the communities we serve.”
Manahan spent more than 21 years at Univision Communications prior to its merger with Televisa, exiting in 2021 as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. From August 2022 through July 2024, he served as President/COO and CFO.
Guerrero, Palacios and Sena will report to Executive Vice President of Audio Sales & Client Solutions Raysa Rodriguez-Leon for commercial sales and Exec. VP of Technology & Facilities Ken Wilkey for operating matters.
