A low-power TV station licensed to Hot Springs, Ark., owned by Greg Fess-led Pinnacle Media, is being sold alongside a pair of LPTVs licensed to Fayetteville and Fort Smith, Ark., licensed to Larry Morton‘s KTV Media.
With Greg Guy of Patrick Communications serving as their broker, the stations are being spun to a fast-growing Michigan-based operator committed to providing information without political commentary to viewers on its own properties.
