It seems Entercom wasn’t done in revealing what the company’s executive ranks will now look like as it prepares to integrate the CBS Radio stations into its roster of AMs and FMs. The broadcast radio pure-play on Tuesday named a Regional VP, and selected its candidate by looking to the Sunshine State.

Joining Entercom is Susan Larkin, most recently an RVP overseeing Cox Media Group‘s stations in Orlando and Jacksonville.

Larkin’s resume includes roles as VP/GM of Cox’s Orlando stations, a role she had for nine years before tacking on Jacksonville.

Before joining Cox, Larkin worked as a GSM for ABC Radio in Minneapolis. She has also been a National Sales Manager and Account Manager at stations in Tampa, Syracuse, and Columbus, Ohio.

“Susan is a highly respected and top performing radio veteran with a winning track record,” said Entercom COO Weezie Kramer. “At Entercom, we are committed to being a best in class organization with A-level talent and we are excited to have Susan on board with us at this transformational time.”

Larkin added that she is thrilled to join Entercom, “A company I respect as one of the best radio broadcasters in the country. I am looking forward to being part of the company’s growing team of outstanding industry leaders.”

Larkin has served as Chapter President for American Women in Radio and Television in Minneapolis, Tampa, and Columbus, Ohio. Additionally, she served on the Board of Directors for the Ronald McDonald House of Central Florida and the Orlando Chamber of Commerce.

She is currently on the executive board for the RAB and is the Radio Vice Chair for the Florida Association of Broadcasters.
