A debtor-in-possession that owns an unaffiliated full-power TV station serving a small Georgia market to the south of Atlanta has struck a deal that will send this onetime ABC affiliate to a new owner.
The buyers: A husband and wife ownership group based in Maryland’s Eastern Shore.
