A Class D AM radio station licensed to Providence, R.I., and one of the two FM translators it has been using to serve the market with Spanish-language programming as “La Mega” are being sold.
WSTL-AM 1220 and W229AN at 93.7 MHz in Providence are being acquired by Tomás Tate from Diaz Holdings.
A $450,000 price tag has been placed on the facilities; a $50,000 deposit has been made to Diaz by Tate.
There is no broker or finder associated with this transaction.
