XRAY Officially Linked To Clark County, Wash. LPFM

PORTLAND, ORE. — When most people think of Vancouver, they have visions of the British Columbia metropolis five hours to the north of the small city of Vancouver, Wash.

The Clark County, Wash., city, tied to the Portland DMA on the south side of the Columbia River, in recent years has become known for such downtown institutions as Main Street Marijuana. And, like many progressive burgs, it’s been home to a low-power FM station showcasing the nationally syndicated Thom Hartmann with local hosts dedicated to showcasing “the collective achievements of all that contributes to a positive and well-informed community.”

Now, that LPFM will be formally tied to the Portland operation that’s been managing the facility.
