Entercom intends to sell a Denver AM to KSE Radio Ventures.
The station is KRWZ, a Class B transmitting 5,000 watts day/night from a 2-tower array on 950 kHz.
KSE President/CEO Matt Hutchings said future plans for the facility will be developed in the coming months; he expects the deal to close in the first quarter of 2016.
Terms were not disclosed and the deal is subject to FCC approval.
Broker Clifton Gardiner & Company represented KSE in the transaction.
