The individual that’s behind the low-power TV licensee King Forward Inc. has finalized an asset purchase agreement that sees his company acquiring a pair of LPTV facilities serving Northern Nevada’s biggest city.

John Kyle II has signed off on the APA that will bring to King Forward Inc. both K05NL-D and KCNL-LD in Reno from DTV Spectrum Holdings.

That’s a licensee linked to Dominique Castelli, and is associated with WANN-CD and WTBS-LD in Atlanta.

A $140,000 purchase price has been agreed upon by the parties, with a $4,000 escrow deposit made by the buyer, which is being held by Ronald F. Chicken and Associates LLC.

The remaining funds will be paid in cash at closing.

The deal also includes an option fee of $3,500, dated August 7, 2025, that effectively concludes the opportunity by Kyle to acquire DTV’s KRMF-LD in Reno and W27EH-D in Hattiesburg, Miss.

Serving as the seller’s broker in this transaction is New Line Media Communications LLC.
