A group of low-power television stations licensed to the Pennsylvania cities of Hazleton, Berwick and Williamsport are in the process of heading to a new owner, paperwork filed with the FCC for its regulatory approval shows.
Triple J Community Broadcasting LLC is selling WYLN-CD in Hazleton, W36EY-D in Berwick and W09DJ-D in Williamsport to Lighthouse Support, a Pennsylvania non-profit entity.
A $2 million purchase price has been agreed upon by the parties. A $100,000 escrow deposit is being held by Hardy, Carey, Chautin & Balkin, the Mandeville, La.-based law firm with a FCC-focused practice.
There is no broker or finder associated with this deal.
