LAKE BUENA VISTA, FLA. — She began her career in 2016 as a Developmental Marketing Intern for Cox Media Group’s radio and television stations serving Central Florida. Now, she’s back in Orlando to serve as Director of the company’s Digital Media team in the market.
Taking the role is Kaylee Barr, whose experience after her internship at CMG/Orlando includes a role in the WFTV-9 Community Affairs Department.
Following that role, Barr exited CMG, taking on the role of Marketing Manager at Appointed, a consumer-goods brand headquartered in Washington, D.C. After that, Barr served as Digital Marketing Manager at Florida Virtual School, where she built the institution’s online
presence.
“I’m thrilled to return to CMG Orlando Radio,” said Barr. “The team is truly the best of
the best, and I’m excited to serve our clients alongside them.”
Ashley Williams, CMG/Orlando Director of Sales, is her boss. And, Williams is enthusiastic about Barr’s return. “I couldn’t be more excited about Kaylee returning to our team,” Williams said. “Her digital acumen and experience will increase the value and results we deliver for our clients. Additionally, she’s a servant leader who cares deeply, making her the perfect fit for our team.”
As Digital Media Director, Barr will be at the forefront of shaping CMG’s digital strategies and ensuring the delivery of exceptional services to clients, the Apollo Global Management-controlled company says.
