Joe Lindsay Joins Jimmy Steal, Tim Richards at Consultancy

SAN DIEGO — The radio programming and operations-focused consultancy that’s home to Tim Richards and Jimmy Steal, veteran industry figures known for ratings success, is welcoming the Director of Operations and Programming for Local Media San Diego to its team.


Joining Collective Heads is Joe Lindsay, who has been overseeing such brands as “Z90,” “91X,” and “Magic 92.5,” which serve San Diego via lease agreements with Mexico-based broadcast licensees. To be clear, Lindsay will continue in his role for the three radio stations will also working with Collective Heads.

“Joe is an incredible media professional and one of the greatest minds in radio and marketing that I’ve had the good fortune of working with. We are beyond excited to officially welcome him to Collective Heads,” said Richards.
