Randy and Adrienne Weiss are widely known as the 50/50 owners of low-power television station licensee Edge Spectrum. Jeff Winemiller is equally renown for his leadership of LPTV licensee Lowcountry 34 Media.
As June came to a close, the two companies agreed to swap a group of their respective LPTV stations for no cash consideration.
