A change in the ownership concentration of a licensee of an AM, FM and FM translator serving the small city of Monmouth, Ill., has taken place, and the company has submitted paperwork with the FCC seeking its blessing on the deal.
Jason Robbins is selling his one-third ownership in Robbins-Treat Resources LLC, licensee of WRAM-AM, W239DB and WMOI-FM in Monmouth, Ill., due east of Burlington, Iowa, via U.S. Highway 34, and within the Quad Cities, Iowa-Ill., DMA.
With Brad Deutsch of Foster Garvey serving as legal counsel, Robbins’ shedding of his ownership shares in Robbins-Treat will give other partners Vanessa Wetterling and Bryon Robbins each 50% ownership of the licensee.
Financial terms were not disclosed in the LMS filing made this week with the Commission.
