There’s a new Brand Manager for the Audacy Inc. Sports Talk station serving the city affectionately known as “Charm City.”
Starting January 6, Scott Jameson takes the role, commonly referred to as a Program Director in the radio industry.
He joins the company’s WJZ-FM “105.7 The Fan” in Baltimore after serving in a key role for Beasley Media Group.
There, he held the role of VP of National Content, overseeing programming for five radio stations. Jameson’s tenure ended in May 2024, after nearly four years, allowing him to freelance as an independent consultant.
Prior to his time at Beasley, Jameson spent more than 7 years at Cumulus Media, exiting in January 2020 as Operations Manager for KQRS-FM, KXXR-FM and WGVX-FM in Minneapolis-St. Paul. He was also a Classic Rock Vice President for the company.
Prior roles include serving as VP of Adult Rock Programming for the former CBS Radio; as Executive Producer for the Atlanta Falcons Radio Network; and as Director of Programming and Marketing for WRZX-FM and WFBQ “Q95” in Indianapolis.
