WEST PALM BEACH — A Notice of Proposed Rulemaking has been released by the FCC’s Media Bureau that seeks comment on a petition from Ion Media that would shift the city of license for one of its TV stations in Kentucky.
The move would bring it closer to the city this digital TV facility serves, in a series of actions that involve a deletion and subsequent substitution in the DTV Table of Allotments.
