The 2025 NAB Show is now over, and both low-power TV advocate and 5G Broadcast proponent Frank Copsidas and Wilkinson Barker Knauer attorney David O’Connor, whom RBR+TVBR chatted with while traversing the underground Tesla-fueled Loop, are back in their respective home offices.

Now, each are poised to await FCC approval on a transaction that will give Copsidas ownership of a TV property serving “America’s Finest City.”

KZTC-LD 7 in San Diego, a station that has seen several owners in recent years, is being sold by Premiere Media Networks LLC to Copsidas-led Intrigue TV LLC.

A purchase price of $187,500 has been agreed to by the parties. A 10% escrow deposit is being held by Sandi Bergman of Bergman Broadcasting Inc., doing business as MyMediaBroker.

Bergman represented the seller in this transaction, which hired O’Connor as its legal counsel.

Intrigue TV and Copsidas are represented by Mark Denbo of Smithwick & Belendiuk.
