AdLarge, the audio advertising and podcast creator monetization company, has purchased the assets of Inlet Media, a technology platform the company has used for nearly two years.

The plan is “to onboard, distribute, and monetize audio and video content through its AI-powered podcast and creator workflows.”

The acquisition, AdLarge says, grows it and the fwd. network’s evolution “as a technology-first audio, video, and content marketing ecosystem built to serve creators and brands at scale.”

As part of the transaction, Inlet Media co-founder Patrick Cedrowski has been named Chief Technology Officer of AdLarge and the fwd. network, marking the first-ever CTO appointment across the organization.

Brian Egan, co-founder of Inlet Media and longtime AdLarge and fwd. network team member, has been promoted to Vice President and Head of Product. He will lead product strategy and execution across the company’s expanding creator and advertiser technology stack.

“The acquisition positions the combined ecosystem to significantly expand revenue opportunities, improve operational efficiency, and deliver more powerful, performance-driven tools for creators and advertisers alike,” AdLarge says.

Cathy Csukas, CEO of AdLarge and the fwd. network, adds the acquisition “represents a major milestone for both AdLarge and the fwd. network.”
