Thomas E. Ingstad, a member of the veteran Midwest radio-owning family, is selling an AM station located about 30 miles south of Minneapolis. The station, KYMN-AM, will be the only stick in the portfolio of buyer Jeff Johnson. It’s licensed to Northfield, and Johnson is calling his company Northfield Media Inc. The price is $290K cash. An LMA is scheduled to kick off on 10/1/08.
