Incentive Auction Underway

The first phase of the FCC’s incentive auction has begun.

Of the 1,800 eligible broadcasters, an undisclosed number submitted applications. Eligible broadcasters had until 6 p.m. Eastern Tuesday to submit a binding agreement to take part.
