Imagicomm’s Deltavision Deal Gets Regulatory OK

0

The FCC’s Media Bureau has granted the unopposed application for the assignment of a collection of television stations from the David Cerullo-led Imagicomm Communications to an entity owned and operated by Webb Collums, who has a strong family history in media in southwest Mississippi and is currently invested in the Mississippi Delta region.

It’s noteworthy, as the Carr Commission has granted another “top-four” network affiliation waiver of its local ownership rules.
