RBR-TVBR observation: Yes, the more stations on iHeartRadio, the larger the network for advertisers to reach. The scale is ever-increasing and is aiming to be radio’s ad alternative to Pandora. The only down-side, of course, is the more terrestrial listeners driven to iHeartRadio, the less listeners those terrestrial stations will be able to offer up to advertisers. It’s a gamble Clear Channel, Cumulus, Greater Media and others are willing to take because ad dollars are ad dollars and they are going to follow them.
