Viewers interested in Spanish-language content in the United States can now sign up for a Live TV Español plan through a virtual MVPD that has absorbed the Fubo brand.
Hulu customer plans now include Hulu + Live TV Español, Disney+, which gives viewers access to top Spanish-language networks as well as Disney+ and Hulu’s streaming libraries, and Live TV Only Español. It is valued at $29.99 per month.
The Hulu + Live TV Español, Disney + offering includes access to Spanish-language live TV channels plus full access to Disney+ and Hulu’s streaming libraries — giving consumers access to on-demand shows and movies, including full seasons of exclusive series, current TV hits, past seasons, movies, Originals, and children’s programming.
The “Live TV Only Español” offering provides access to Spanish-language live TV channels only. It is priced at $28.99 per month.
Hispanic bundles have been commonplace across MVPDs. However with “Cord Cutting” impacting the traditional cable television service provider, Hulu now believes a marketing tool used by the likes of Xfinity and Spectrum for years could provide benefit and ROI for itself and The Walt Disney Co.
