HC2 Station Group, the rapidly growing broadcast TV station owner led by Philip Falcone, has closed on its acquisition of a Class A TV station presently serving Hispanic audiences in Ohio’s capital city.
It’s a facility shifting channels thanks to the post-spectrum auction repack.
