HBCU’s Radio Station Signs FCC Consent Decree

A historically Black college based in tiny Marshall, Tex., has entered into a Consent Decree with the FCC’s Media Bureau to resolve issues arising from the Commission’s review of the license renewal of the school’s broadcast radio station.


In particular, the Public File Rule wasn’t adhered to by the Wiley College-owned FM.
