Hartman To Help Jimison In Leading Frequency


NEW YORK — Workflow automation and ad management company Frequency is contracting with a “seasoned digital audio leader” to help it expand its business development efforts. This individual will work alongside Frequency CEO Pete Jimison.

This sees Billy Hartman joining Frequency in a consulting capacity; he will continue to support other clients within his partner portfolio.

As Frequency sees it, Hartman will be working with Frequency “at an exciting time in the company’s trajectory and at a moment when audio teams have historically been siloed.”

Hartman has held leadership roles at SiriusXM (specifically at its AdsWizz, Simplecast, Pandora, Stitcher, and Team Coco enterprises) and at TuneIn, where he relaunched and built its audio monetization and multi-channel content business.

Jimison said, “Billy is well versed in the industry and acutely aware of the needs and relevant solutions for networks, creators, and agencies, especially as the audio advertising marketplace rapidly evolves. His expertise and proven track record will be a powerful catalyst for our team.”
