Add Gray Television to the list of media companies that have decided to hold its annual shareholders meeting exclusively in a virtual format.
How will the event take place?
It’s logistically simple, sort of. Instead of a physical gathering, the shareholders meeting will be fully online.
The annual meeting is still on for May 6, at 11:30am Eastern. Shareholders of record at the close of business on March 9 are eligible to attend, participate in, and vote at the annual Meeting.
For shareholders to attend, they must register by May 3 at 11:59pm Eastern at http://viewproxy.com/graytelevision/2020/. Once registered, eligible shareholders will receive a registration confirmation email with the meeting password and, for those who plan to vote, a Virtual Control Number.
Registered shareholders can attend and participate in the virtual Annual Meeting via webcast, at http://viewproxy.com/graytelevision/2020/VM/.
Registered shareholders who wish to change their previous vote, or who choose to vote during the Annual Meeting may do so while the polls are open at https://fcrvote.com/GTN/.
