In late 2016, Glenn Cherry agreed to take full possession of a Class D AM in Daytona Beach, Fla. He then applied for an FM translator to give this facility a boost, but another company protested, claiming the AM wasn’t operational for more than a year.
On May 29, the Media Bureau issued a Memorandum Opinion and Order that may settle the matter.
