Christopher L. Murray, as Managing Member of Georgia’s Greatest Hits LLC, has signed an Asset Purchase Agreement that, pending FCC regulatory approval, will give it ownership of an 80-watt FM translator serving Atlanta’s East Side.

This will ensure that a “Fox” owns the facility it has been operating via a lease agreement with the seller.

W271CV at 102.1 MHz in Atlanta is being sold to Murray’s organization, which operates https://www.myfoxfm.com/, from Immanuel Broadcasting Network for $530,000.

An $80,000 deposit is being made ahead of a $450,000 wire transfer of the remaining funds at closing.

The facility serves as a rebroadcast facility aligned with WMDG-AM 1260 in East Point, Ga., in addition to W261DL at 100.1 MHz; WFDR-AM in Manchester, Ga.; and WBAF-AM in Barnesville, Ga.

It is a sibling operation to the “Fox” Classic Hits brand serving Macon, Ga.
