On Monday, early word came courtesy of iHeartMedia that it is agreeing to purchase four FM radio stations serving Atlantic City, N.J., and surrounding communities along the Jersey Shore, from Gary Fisher-led Equity Communications.
The price the nation’s No. 1 owner of radio stations is paying for the four FMs is now known. And, it is considerably less than what Fisher paid for one of the FMs alone some 27 years ago.
