CBS’ Dogs In The City (1.0/4) was down -9% from last week’s delivery. Repeats of Criminal Minds (1.3/4) and CSI (1.4/4) followed at 9pm and 10pm.
NBC aired Part 1 of Justin Bieber: All Around the World (0.9/3) at 8pm, followed by back-to-back repeats of Law & Order: SVU (0.8/2 and 0.9/3).
