The directional, two-pattern Class D AM feeding an FM translator at 93.9 MHz in Temple, Tex., has until now served as a home for “FOX Sports Central Texas.”
Soon, these facilities will be in the hands of a non-secular broadcast operation, pending FCC approval.
KTON-AM 1340 in Cameron, Tex., and FM translator K230CH at 93.9 MHz in Temple, Tex., are being sold by M&M Broadcasters Ltd. to Armor of God Catholic Radio Apostolate, a Texas not for profit corporation.
A $460,000 purchase price has been agreed upon, with a $30,000 non-refundable down payment made by the buyer.
The parties are splitting the FCC filing fees.

Not included in the transaction is K230CK in Waco, Tex., also at 93.9 MHz.
