King Forward Inc. in recent months has been the seller of low-powered TV stations across the South. Now, the licensee is at it again. The company led by John Kyle II is selling four properties in the region, and two in the Hoosier State.
There’s also a California LPTV in the mix.
The buyer is Castelli Media, led by Vince Castelli. He’s acquiring the following LPTV facilities:

Castelli is paying $40,000 for these four unbuilt construction permits — some of the few remaining in the U.S.
A $2,000 deposit has been made by Castelli to King Forward.
Then, Castelli agreed to a second deal with Kyle, as he is also agreeing to purchase W19EW-D and W10DG-D in Evansville, Ind., and K35PJ-D in Santa Barbara, Calif., from Kyle-led licensee DTV America 1, doing business as King Spectrum LLC.
This deal is valued at $35,000.
Bob Heymann of the Chicago office of Media Services Group served as the exclusive
broker for the seller in this transaction.
A second Evansville deal sees the sale of W06DG-D sold by King Spectrum to Jeff Winemiller-led Lowcountry 34 Media for $11,000.
Heymann served as the broker in this transaction, too.
