In December 2021, RBR+TVBR reported on the proposed sale of the last remaining properties tied to Red River Broadcast Co. It was a transaction that saw Kalil & Co. as the exclusive broker in the deal, signed off by Kathy Lau (pictured, top left) and John Exline.
Now, the intended buyer has shared the news that it will not move forward with consummation of the transaction.
