In January 2005, Becki West took on the role of GSM for Clear Channel Radio’s Philadelphia radio stations.
Now, West has a bigger role.
Effective immediately, West has taken the twin titles of VP/Sales and Director of Agency Partnerships for the iHeartRadio stations serving the Delaware Valley and the City of Brotherly Love.
West will now be responsible for overseeing iHeartMedia/Philadelphia’s sales team while continuing to directly oversee the sales efforts for WISX-FM 106.1 “The Breeze,” the cluster’s Soft Adult Contemporary station.
West reports to cluster SVP/Sales Jeff Moore, who said, “Becki has been crucial to the growth of our sales team and sales management team. Her relationships with our clients in the market are second to none and are an essential element to helping us cultivate our major initiatives.”
Prior joining Clear Channel, West served as GSM for Greater Media’s former stations in Philadelphia. Before that, she was LSM of WWDB/Philadelphia and has been both NSM and GSM for Urban One’s radio stations in Philadelphia.
She began her career at WUSL-FM “Power 99” in Philadelphia.
