FCC Commissioner Jessica Rosenworcel gave the FM chip concept in cellphones a shout-out at Thursday’s FCC meeting.
The comment came as the commission voted on a Notice of Proposed Rule Making to expand the capabilities of Wireless Emergency Alerts, which are delivered on cell phones.
