The Senior VP of Streaming Sales at Fox Television Stations is welcoming an individual who has joined the team by taking the Vice President of Streaming Sales role. He’ll also be taking a key position designed to boost OTT platform ad revenue for the FOX unit.
Nelson Ferreira shared the news via LinkedIn on Monday; a Fox Television Stations spokesperson confirmed his appointment when reached by RBR+TVBR on Tuesday.
Ferreira was formerly Head of Industry, Connected TV for My Code, billed as “the largest multicultural digital media platform in the United States.” He joined My Code in May 2022, following a three-year run as a Senior Director of Sales at Gamut, under Cox Media Group.
Ferreira spent more than 16 years within CMG, and was a New York Sales Manager from March 2009-April 2019.
Earlier career roles include a nearly eight-year tenure as an AE for Katz Media Group. He began his career as an Account Executive for WHMP Radio in Northampton, Mass., in June 1997.
