At least one advocacy group representing low-power television and TV translator owners is pleased with the FCC’s passage of measures to help these owners mitigate the effects of the incentive spectrum auction and subsequent re-pack.
The current LPTV and TV translator spectrum usage rights are intact, and these owners can still operate under the current rules.
