The Chief of the FCC Media Bureau’s Audio Division has upheld a January decision to revoke the license and delete the call letters of a noncommercial FM radio station licensed to serve the communities due northwest of Klamath Falls, Ore., dismissing a petition that impermissibly introduces new arguments.
