WASHINGTON, D.C. — The FCC and the National Commission for the State Regulation of Electronic Communications, Radio Frequency Spectrum and the Provision of Postal Services of Ukraine (NCEC) on Monday approved a new Memorandum of Understanding.
This saw FCC Chairwoman Jessica Rosenworcel and NCEC Commissioner Liliia Malon meet at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona for the signing of the agreement.
