WASHINGTON, D.C. — The FCC at its March Open Meeting on Thursday moved ahead with a proposal to widen audio description regulations to all remaining market areas where the requirement does not already apply.
Commissioner Geoffrey Starks, in particular, was in favor of the Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking.
